We’re looking for a skilled Product Designer to join our dynamic team and thrive working across functional teams—we want to hear from you.

Role Overview

You’ll play an important role in translating business goals into user-centric, technically feasible solutions. You’ll own the full product lifecycle from research and requirements to design so that developers can work on it

Key Responsibilities

Discovery & Strategy

  • Conduct user research and stakeholder meetings to uncover insights and align on business objectives.
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Translate complex requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Feature Development & Documentation

  • Write detailed specifications for new features, including technical requirements, user flows, edge cases, and success metrics.
  • Document all knowledge for new features, ensuring clarity for cross-functional teams (like Developers,IT).
  • This includes:
    • Creating technical documentation (e.g.specs in confluence, adding user friendly diagrams to specs).
    • Maintaining notes of all meetings
    • Collaborating with developers to refine documentation during development and post-launch.

Design & Prototyping Design screens for new features, including high-fidelity UI mockups, interactive prototypes, and accessibility-compliant solutions.

Tools: Figma (We use Penpot) Focus:

  • User flows, micro-interactions, error states, and cross-platform consistency (web, mobile, desktop).
  • Ensure designs align with new features that we rebuild and are compatible with developers.
  • Partner with developers to review code, test designs in real-world scenarios, and iterate based on feedback.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Partner with development teams to ensure designs and specs are technically feasible and implemented with precision.
  • Collaborate with product managers to prioritize features, align on timelines, and balance user
    needs with business goals.
  • Maintain and refine product backlogs in Jira/confluence breaking down features into
    actionable tickets.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in Product Design or UX with hands-on requirements/spec writing.
  • Portfolio showing end-to-end work: research → flows → prototypes → shipped UI.
  • Expert with Figma (auto-layout, variants, prototyping) and FigJam/Miro
  • Comfortable writing user stories, AC/Gherkin, and documenting edge cases.
  • Strong grasp of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and IA.
  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum, developer handoff, and design-to-dev workflows.
  • Working knowledge of accessibility (WCAG 2.2) and responsive design.
