Step 2: Schedule Your Screening Interview
Once you submit this form, scroll to the bottom of the page to schedule your interview
Interview slots are available between 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM PST/PDT (Pacific Time Zone). Only schedule your interview if you are available during this time
Important Notes:
Attendance: Failing to attend your scheduled Screening Interview without prior notice may result in your profile being blacklisted in our system.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule due to an unavoidable reason, please email us in advance with a valid explanation.
Role Overview
Customer service role handle dental patients phone calls for scheduling, inquiries, payments, etc. for Dental company located in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Perform eligibility and benefits verification for treatments and procedures.
- Reviewing patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtaining any missing information.
- Take 60 + calls per day and handle patient’s needs, questions, scheduling, etc
- Call insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary.
- Identifying any issues with the patient and solving inquiries.
Qualifications:
- More than 1 year of US Healthcare experience (voice/blended account)
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience with medical billing is a plus.
- Customer service skills and experience.
- Good to excellent english communication skills is a MUST
- Must be amenable to work in Night Shift
