Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate digital orthodontic cases including diagnostic records, radiographs, and intraoral scans.
- Plan and review clear aligner treatments (e.g., Invisalign, ClearCorrect), ensuring clinical accuracy and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with U.S.-based orthodontists and treatment coordinators in real time to support case approvals and modifications.
- Provide detailed input on aligner staging, attachments, IPR, and treatment progression.
- Document and update treatment plans using specialized dental platforms and software.
- Support quality assurance for aligner treatment protocols and best practices.
Requirements
- BDS/MDS in Orthodontics from a recognized dental college.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in orthodontics with strong hands-on expertise in aligner therapy.
- Experience with platforms like Invisalign, 3Shape, ClinCheck, or equivalent aligner systems.
- Strong clinical judgment in evaluating malocclusions and determining appropriate treatment modalities.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Comfortable working in night shift hours (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST) aligned to U.S. PST time zone.
- Tech-savvy, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced virtual dental support environment.
