Interview slots are available between 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM PST/PDT (Pacific Time Zone). Only schedule your interview if you are available during this time.

Attendance: Failing to attend your scheduled Screening Interview without prior notice may result in your profile being blacklisted in our system.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule due to an unavoidable reason, please email us in advance with a valid explanation.
What You'll Be Doing
As the HHUB Support Specialist, you will manage day-to-day issues related to the HHUB system. You will ensure that all HR processes run smoothly for employees and HR teams by providing timely troubleshooting, user support, and system updates. You will also play a key role in ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- HHUB System Support:
- Provide first-level support for all HHUB-related technical issues or queries.
- Troubleshoot system issues, including login issues, access permissions, and data inconsistencies.
- Assist HR teams in configuring and maintaining the HHUB system.
- User Management:
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions on the HHUB platform.
- Ensure that all new employees are successfully onboarded into the HHUB system and have the correct access.
- Training & Assistance:
- Provide guidance to employees and HR staff on how to use HHUB effectively.
- Conduct training sessions for new users on system navigation and functionality.
- Data Accuracy & Maintenance:
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entered into the HHUB, including employee records, leaves, attendance, and payroll.
- Regularly update and maintain the system to reflect current company policies and processes.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the HR team to resolve any system-related issues impacting HR processes such as payroll, employee data management, and reporting.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the HHUB system is up-to-date and running smoothly.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Assist in generating reports from HHUB as needed by HR and other departments.
- Maintain clear documentation of system issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions provided.
