We’re Hiring: Senior UI/UX Designers / Early Career Designers & Product Designer

We’re looking for skilled Senior UI/UX Designers & Early Career Designers to join our dynamic
team and thrive working across functional teams—we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
User-Centered Design: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather user requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.
Design Creation: Illustrate design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and site maps to communicate ideas clearly.
UI Development: Design and build key interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets that are visually appealing and user-friendly.
Prototyping: Develop interactive UI mockups and prototypes that showcase the look, feel, and functionality of the software.
Graphic Design: Create original graphics and visual assets to enhance the interface and user experience.
Feedback Integration: Conduct layout adjustments and refine designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to ensure design consistency and smooth handoff of technical requirements.
Requirements
SENIOR UI/UX DESIGNERS:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills, leadership in design projects, and
user-centric solutions. - Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
- Experience leading design initiatives, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with
cross-functional teams. - Ability to balance creativity with technical constraints and business goals.
EARLY CAREER DESIGNERS OR UI/UX DESIGNERS:
- Graduates or those with less than 3 years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Portfolio showcasing an understanding of design principles and user interfaces.
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team.
